My name is Katie Arnold and I am passionate about your leadership development and the experience of those who work for you. I love learning about people - your work, your family, your world - and then helping you build skills and habits that enable you to achieve your goals, while remembering that you are a human and have needs that must be met to sustain long term success. I am also passionate about equity and inclusion, balance and boundaries, clear expectations and accountability.

Whether you're new to leadership or looking to take your C-suite skills to the next level, I am here to support you through transitions, challenges and opportunities you don't want to miss. I use assessment, coaching and development planning to provide tools and resources to build and develop leaders and teams.
My Expertise
My primary expertise is in leadership assessment and development. But, I also love work in talent management and succession planning, organizational design and strategy and employee engagement. I have a PhD in industrial/organizational psychology and 20 years experience in leadership and organizational development.
